Many persons are told by their doctors that they have high blood pressure [HBP]. Many doctors prescribe medication pills to help patients lower and control their high blood pressure. By taking prescription drugs to lower blood presure, patient will continue to take the pills and never prevent the cause(s) of their HBP. What patients are not told by their doctors is that high blood pressure is usually caused by eating bad foods. HBP can be controlled by the food you eat and exercise.
