Get your antioxidants from a variety of plant foods like flaxseeds, nuts, fruits and vegetables. Your body loves them!

 Flaxseeds  are the richest and safest antioxidant source [ no gluten ].   

Flaxseeds as ground hull seeds are also rich in omega-3, amino acids, vitamins and minerals.

Dosage serving per day: 1 tablespoon per day = 8.8 grams

Complement flaxseeds by eating a variety of the plant antioxidants: 

 Fresh fruits:  minimum two servings per day of melons, blueberries, apricots, oranges, grapes, apples, lemons, limes.

 Fresh green vegetables:  minimum two servings per day of broccoli, brussel sprouts, cabbage, carrots.
